Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted before us that the contemnors

have already complied with the order passed by this Court. That being the position, there is no

need to proceed with the matter. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of. The

contempt notice is discharged.

However, in the event, learned counsel for the respondent finds that the order has

not been complied with, it will be open for him to apply for recall of this Order.
