Heard learned counsel for both the parties.
Leave granted.
The matters relate to the admission of students for medical course in the
private colleges of Medical Association in the State of Gujarat. This Court passed
an interim order on 16.9.2004 by which the admissions for that year were
regulated. Now we are told that the students got admission already.
The interim order passed on 16.9.2004 is made absolute.
The appeals are disposed of accordingly.
