O R D E R
Having heard the learned counsel for the respective
parties and considering the grounds set out in the transfer
petitioner we allow the same.
Let the Divorce Petition No. A-1587 of 2008 titled
Mr. Keyul Sharadbhai Joshi v. Smt. Bharti Keyul Joshi
pending in the Family Court at Bandra be transferred to the
Family court at Dahod in Gujarat.
Since there is a possibility of the matter being
settled mutually, the parties are also directed to appear
before the Mediation Centre of the High Court of Gujarat at
Ahmedabad on 15.09.2009 at 11:00a.m. to explore the
possibility of settlement. The report of the Mediation is
to be sent to the Family Court at Dahod, Gujarat.
