This petition has been filed for transfer of Case
No. 805 of 2008 titled Brijendra Kumar Atal v. Shikha Gadwal
filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955,
pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family
Court at Kanpur to the Court of Principal Judge, Family
Court at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Having heard the learned counsel for the respective
parties and having considered the grounds set out in the
transfer petition , in particular ground Nos. (d) and (e) we
are of the view that the transfer petition should be
allowed. The same is, accordingly, allowed.
Let Case No. 805 of 2008 titled Brijendra Kumar Atal
v. Shikha Gadwal, pending in the Court of Additional
Principal Judge, Family Court at Kanpur, be transferred to
the Family Court Jaipur, Rajasthan.
