The Respondent has no objection for transfer of the case. In the facts and
circumstances of the case, we order for transfer of P.I.L.No.133 of 2007 (Dr.Rajendra
Sadanand Barma & Anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors.) from Bombay High Court to
this Hon'ble Court and tag this matter with W.P.(C)No.196 of 2001 (People's Union for
Civil Liberties Vs. Union of India & Ors.).
The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
