O R D E R
This is a petition filed by the sole petitioner under
Section 406 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking
transfer of C.C. No. 2296 of 2008 pending on the file of
Shri Manish Khurana, Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No. 210
at Rohini District Court Complex, New Delhi titled M/s
Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd. v. Smt.
Sharmishtaben M. Bhavsar to any court of competent
jurisdiction at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and
having perused the grounds set out in the transfer petition,
we are satisfied that the transfer petition should be
allowed and the same is, accordingly, allowed.
