Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
On the facts and circumstances of the case, we
are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order
passed by the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi. We
direct that the respondent be paid half the back wages.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
No costs.
