We have heard the learned counsel for the
parties.
Three courts below have found that the
jurisdiction of the Civil Court was not barred
under Section 476 of Administration of the Evacuee
Property Act, 1950.
We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere in
these matters. The appeals are, accordingly,
dismissed.
