Heard learned counsel for the parties.
We do not see any reason to entertain this transfer petition.
However, considering the circumstances on record including the
advance age of the parties, we direct the concerned Trial Court to
expedite the process and conclude the proceedings as early as
possible and preferably within one year from today.
The transfer petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
